The will of Joseph Block dated April 4, 1945 was filed with the county court on March 21, 1952 for probate. Philip Block and
Cornelius Block filed objections thereto and attempted to examine adversely Hildegarde Block, wife of Hieron Block, the proponent
of the will. The question whether she might so testify was certified to the county court and an order was entered permitting
her to testify only as the agent of her husband to transactions prior to the date of the will. This is the first order from
which objectors appeal. Attempt was also made to adversely examine Frank J. Ruzicka, the attorney who drafted the will and a subscribing witness
thereto. Petition for suppression of the examination was made to the county court by the proponent and a hearing was had The
second order appealed from is the order denying the examination of the attorney.
